Training Video: Pre-National Championships 08



Some footage taken during the last 48 hrs here in Sydney. The National Championships are this week and yet due to lack of entries we only have a first and final in the pair. So this week will be a training week on the river in preparation for the race.

Hi, hope all goes to plan for the nationals, we are coming back to penrith on saturday afternoon so we were thinking about coming out to watch (dont know if you and dunc are racing either of those days!)All the best.
