Back on the Road & Freshening Up

On a ride through Laveno

A couple of days ago we returned from Munich and set about going for a little ride to enjoy the weather and have a cafe with the boys before a couple of days off. The plan was always to take a couple of days and get away from training and the routine. The boys have been in Rome and my family and I have enjoyed getting out to a few new locations near by that we hadn't been before. Its a little freshen up before head back down the rabbit hole again. It was great to get out on the bikes and we had Duncan with us. Our stop at Laveno was obviously enjoyable and probably the first time we have come through there when we aren't completely exhausted.
