This blog has grown from a journal about my preparation and performance as an athlete leading up to the 2008 games to now being about learning, challenges, experiments, stories and messages from the many opportunities that I feel fortunate to have. How many people does it take to de-rig a boat?
Well this is it our final row here before heading out to Syney. Tomorrow we leave for China and for our last session we enjoyed the company of some friends and a nice relaxing paddle.
